Unable to submit tickets (can't login to support)

Unable to login to support.perfectworld.com from this account.

I can login to it fine from an alternate account. tried from 2 different laptops & main PC. same problem persists. cleared cache, tried 3 different browsers (IE, firefox, chrome).

is there something on your side thats messed up? :D

    I wanna know too. Been trying to change my password but the verification email never arrived.
    Tried to submit a ticket but the page wouldn't load after typing in my login info. I tried Chrome, Firefox and IE, cleared cache, deleted cookies etc., I still can't submit a ticket.

    I don't need to do that if you tell me how to get my verification email. Of course I tried it more than once, and my email only has one folder so it can't be lost among spam.

    I need to change my password asap :(

    send a ticket by sending a detailed e-mail to customerservice@perfectworld.com A normal ticket takes around 5 business days. sometimes they are a little bit faster than that on password changes, but keep in mind that it's not only rare, but it's especially rare on the weekend when the support team is not working.
