I can't find the Martial Arts Master in Arch. Not on the list of NPCs.

Anyone know where he is?

    He is at 534 642, near Tu Jo in West Archosaur.

    Good luck, I can't even find the guy in Archosar. Anyone know where he is? What he do, go on vacation?

    Look near the Crazy Stone/World Quest/Justice Quest NPCs in west district. He's in that general area.
