My advice.

Cut back on the refines and get better equipment instead. While not as gratifying in the short term, it will be more effective in the end.

If you plan on going all the way with that seeker, you'd want to get nirvana armor eventually. Putting decent refines on R8 armor would be kind of a waste in that case.
