TM69 capes for seekers?

What do people think about the usefulness of a TM69 cape on a seeker?

    The channel one can be useful for a seeker, mking skill casted faster. BUt close to that level, its the cape of tauran chieftain that is really good, +250 mag def is good for us who are heavy armor type.

    .....dont get me started about a int cape..... ill just wish you burn in hell for a while >.>

    imo you're better off with cape of tauran chieftain, or the slightly better alternative, the wild mane mantel. The server is flooded with them atm.
    The stats are better and it refines better too. I recommend getting one of those.
    They come standard with 3 sockets and the 4th socket costs 100 socket stones, which is quite affordable.

    anyway, why i said that, its because aps is th econtrary fo how seeker are based. We are designed to be skill spammer (heart shatter being the main and obvious detail for that). Only single skill that would be useful with aps... and thats digging to give poitns for aps, is the northen sky waltz that could be spammed thanks to aps.... but thats it. so plz, dont call me a kiddo without knowing why i say something :)
