Online/offline question

I don't know where should I post it, so I'm posting it here.

I have a friend who's on my friends list and we're in the same faction. When I'm online, it shows in the list that he's offline, yet in faction it shows that he's online. When I whispered to him, it also said that he was offline. I tried refreshing the faction page, but it didn't change - he's still online there. So what's wrong with my faction page?

    Make sure that when you friend request someone, the other person accepts as well as sends you a request back, which you will also have to accept. Otherwise, I believe one of the two people will always show up as offline to the other person.

    If one of then doesnt accept it won't show as offline when you try to PM them (text will stay blue and i believe FL shows as offline... I'm not sure, been long since that happened to me), so I'd say OP got blacklisted by that player.
