    does any1 else have issues to view his/her ticket? i submitted a ticket a few days ago and it says "solved", but when i wanted to click it i only got the msg "permission denied-illegal parameter"
    same for all previous tickets..

      I cannot see my solved ticket, but it's solved so i don't really care.
      If you think your issue is not fixed just send a new ticket.

      my issue is that i cant read the answer at all...cant view any tickets

      I have same problem.
      But you can view answer in your mail, that you registered with your account.

      yup cannot re-access tickets directly due to this warning, however if you follow the link from the email you get you can then view/update the ticket.

      tyvm! worked with email, cant view tickets directly still tho..
      guess this is another database issue or something the like?
