Heroic Chest Late

Right now its been about 23 hours since i bought 3 gold worth of rep (i know its not much) but i have been waiting for my Heroic Chest, it was only 7am server time so i know the event was still going on, also considering a friend of mine also bought some a couple minutes after me and got his yesterday. Then Later i realized i had enough for one more Gold, bought 1 more gold of rep, and havent seen it either (about 11am on the 26th). Was wondering if i will ever see the chest???

-PS 2 other friends of mine have bought some 1 hour before the sale ended, and they havent seen thier packs either, should they just give up also?

Frankie posted earlier in another thread that they're having support looking at it. Alot of people are missing their chests if you check the general discussion. He suggested submitting a ticket after 5 hours. (I have waited 15+ and no sign of any chests either). Pretty sure it's a system overload due to every servers population wanting these chests...so we'll just have to wait. b:surrender
