yesterdays event help

I bought 400 rep badges yesterday an hour before the event ended, and i have not gotten the packs yet in the mail. its been 12 hours. help :(

    also...many other people on archosaur server have yet to get their packs from the event as well

    Ive been waiting over 30 hours for one set and 20+ for another.
