Paperclip Problems

I am a level 72 cleric and for some reason I am unable to receive the daily quest chain paperclip. b:shocked My friends are telling me that it SHOULD be available to me but no one knows why. What might be the problem here? b:sad

    go to archo elder and activate it there[PHP][/PHP]

    Quit this game for another one called real life b:shocked
