Skill Interrupt [PVE]

Searched the forum abit looking for a thread on this subject. Couldnt find one.

What causes skills to be interrupt?

I remember a long time ago, in TT1-3 on the tentacle boss? The one you can reach by following that bendy path upwards. The one no1 ever does because his drops are worth ****.
Everyone was dead, and i was barely able to keep myself alive. Untill my skills got interrupted 10 times in a row. Back 2 back.

That was pretty extreme, but i kept getting skill interrupt frequently.
It also seem this is depending on wich skill you want to use. My HF never gets interrupt, but Drake Sweep alot.

Pretty sucky, and if there is a way to counter this, im all ears.

    There are some apo pots that can help avoid that, but there are alot of bosses that interupt. Its going to happen and not much can be done b:thanks

    over the past couple of years i think i can count on both hands the number of times i have been interrupted in pvm. but i put that down to barbarians having short channelling times.

    Some skills can be interrupted even by hit of mob.

    Yesterday at bh69 instance I had been interrupted 3 times (one by one) while channeling Mountain Seize (was under attack of 3 mobs).

    hmm..uhh..ohhh...ehhh all i do on my sin is just aps it to death..didnt know u needed skill.
    This game is like washing hair with shampoo... Rinse and repeat if desired.

    Skills and auto attacks can interrupt you. Generally the more mosnters on you, the more often you will get nterrupted.

    Yes, things can interrupt you doing whatever. Even a quick channel like IH. b:shutup

    Every single attack and skill has a chance to interupt channeling. This applies both to when players attack a mob/player and when a mob attacks a player. The more hits/people/mobs attacking, the greater the chance.

    Bosses do have interrupt skills, and they are usually AOE. Some do damage, some don't.

    Everything has a chance to interrupt you when you're being attacked, some just have a higher % or 100% to do so.
