    1. Disable your antivirus temporarily.
    2. Verify your files a couple of times.
    3. Add the client directory to the exception list of your antivirus software.
    4. Reboot.
    5. Try again.

Yeah, if you forced the game closed by shutting your PC off while it was loading, and are now having the issue, then you have almost definitely corrupted the files and what I posted should fix it.

I have a system where verifying takes 5 minutes, and another where it can take up to an hour. Verifying just once often does not resolve anything. I usually do it 3 times if I'm having an issue.

If that continues to not work, I'll need more info about your system, OS, and what software you have running. A link to a published Speccy report is usually good.

no, it's not, and that's because Core will not show me whatever it is you've uploaded there. Core is pretty much useless.

Click the link below, and follow it's instructions with Speccy.

    Have you tried step 3?

It's likely a software issue, not hardware, so I would need a Speccy report of your system when you have the issue if you want to provide system information.

I will need a copy of your dxdiag.txt file, and a link to a published Speccy report taken while you are having the issues.
(Remember to use the [code] tags for the dxdiag info and to remove any trademark characters so it doesn't get cut off.)

I need to see a full report from Speccy that includes the running processes and services in order to hunt down anything causing a conflict.

Sorry for the delay in response, had a lot of system emergency's yesterday.

Offhand, everything looks good there. I do have some ideas though. Most of this is just general troubleshooting though.

I have heard of the Kodak printer driver files causing an issue with the client. Not sure how that works, but it comes from the support team so I'll run with it. Since you're using GameBooster, add it to the list of processes that are killed when you switch to game mode.

The rest of this is just standard...
Download and perform a clean install of your video and audio drivers. (Get them from the maker of the driver, not from the maker of your computer.)
    Re-install DirectX
Make sure Java and IE are up-to-date (Even if you don't use IE as your browser, the client uses it.)
Download and install the latest Microsoft C++ runtimes, and make sure your .NET services are all up to date.
