Graphical glitches

for some reason the skill graphics arent working. i've verified all the files and updated it but every time i use a skill instead of the correct colors showing up its just big greyish blobs, like it would look like before they finished making the skill graphic

this didnt happen right after the update but hours later after my client froze and i had to force end it then reopen it

any ideas?

    Well its seems ur graphic setting is set to low,or middle version,
    Go to Settings-->UI-->Turn on your Effects fully-->Apply-->Confirm that might fix your issue.

    Actually, that's something I've recently discovered is an issue with some video cards.

    To fix it, on the main System tab, un-check the "Warp" feature. That should clear it up.
