who thinks it would be great to be able to build houses in pwi?

    There is housing on the P2P servers, but it's been said that we will never see housing here.

    The original Chinese version of the game has housing. I seem to remember that some of the random items you get from doing world quest are related to it.

    It's just disabled for PWI.

    What would be the use of such a house?
    Also, looks like a giant shared map with multiple houses. Each player has his/her own?

    Wouldn't surprise me if this was implemented in some way to the game, just not as "Housing"

    Housing will never come to pwi because the client for f2p pw and p2p pw are quite different, f2p pw can't recognize commands for housing.

    If it was even slightly possible to get housing working with f2p pw without having source, private servers would have it already.

    I can already see the QQing when someone lure a aoe boss over to someones "house" and kills everyone while they are afk or in shop mode.

    I've played in a P2P game where you can buy a house from a beach house to an elaborate castle/ manor. It's a good coin sink. Their Botique has a complete groupings of the types of items for the houses you can buy as well as being able to craft special items. I'd bet the sales pay for the servers they use for the housing.

    Housing items are locked to the player's account and you can allow folks to visit or boot them from your home. Great for parties and bragging rights. You can even leave your pets out running around the inside or out of doors. (And they have unicorn pets available.) They are now selling a record player that plays different tunes you can buy from them. In fact, you buy or craft everything for the house shell you buy. b:chuckle


    Said game sells a $40 USD card that get's you a nice house, ride plus weapon and fashion to match the house. The wife's still playing that game and likes it better than PWI.

    It's possible if PWI wants to put in the effort and make the money.
