Encyclopedia Quests

When i open my encyclopedia, and click on the rookie guide, i see a section gear.

When i click on that i see diff. types of gear i can get for certain lvls. Can anyone tell me, how i can get that gear, or wich quests i need to do for that, because i dont see it anywere.
If i go trough my quests and look at the rewards u can get , i dont see that gear as reward.
Inno i am pretty new, and have to learn a lot. But i hope anyone can tell me, how i can get that gear, or wich quests i need to end.

    I'd go to http://pwdatabase.com/ and look up the gear you're interested in. If it's attainable in-game, the database will usually have at least hints as to how. Not all the gear in the encyclopedia is attainable, though, or not anywhere near its nominal level. Much of it is NOT quest-reward gear, or not for quests currently enabled in our version of the game.
