So, This delightful conversation ended with a lot of sarcasm on 2's end, but 1 was extremely serious. and had full intention of blackmailing me into getting a vouch for exception into Vindicate on Sanctuary. xD Pay close attention to what 1 says, and what 2 has to say to them.
