PWI not recognizing installed RAM?

Been experiencing the same issues as a lot of other players since the Imperial Fury update. Random crashes, mainly concentrated in West/South Arch, Tellus, RT, and TW. I've resorted to turning my graphics down, which helps in all areas except TW. I still crash even on best performance settings in there x__x

Anyway, took a look at my recognized settings off the client launcher and noticed this

Which I thought was a bit odd. The client recognizes my installed RAM on my laptop though, which has a similar processor and an ok GPU as far as laptops go.

Here are my computer properties just to clarify that I do have memory installed >_>

Any thoughts? Should I bother submitting a ticket as well?

    It's likely just because you have over 4GB of ram and the client is not set to read that so it errors and displays 0. When the client was created you couldn't have more than that unless it was a server.
