Sell DQ items?

It's probably a silly question that has been asked and answered, but I haven't found it. Once I've done a particular part of the DQ, should I sell off the remaining items? For example, I have . about 40 Antennae, and could use some cash. Will I ever need them again? Thanks!!

    If you do another DQ then you'll need them for your Quest lvl range. High lvl quest require high lvl DQ items. So you can sell the one you no longer need for Coins and DQ Points for gift
