Guys ,
I have seen a lot of people with hair that doesnt belong to his class ( Archer with Tideborn hair , Assassin with facial hair ) I want to know if it is a banable action .

    Whether it should be or not is debatable, but as it stands now it is indeed bannable.

    Frost glitching was bannable too and look what happened there.

    A tiny, tiny fraction of the people who did it got randomly slapped with 30-year bans until they groveled in a ticket and promised to never do it again--- oh, wait. Wrong set of rule breakers.     Have I ever heard of anyone getting permabanned for it? No.

    Have I ever heard of anyone getting temp banned for it? Once.

    Does anyone from PWE actually have ANY idea what goes on in their 'flagship' game? Not a snowball's chance in hell.

    Submit a ticket anything, and you're guaranteed one thing: An automated reply full of useless information. Basically, "We got your ticket, but we don't care so just deal with it."

    In 2008, I got stuck in a hole next to Lost. I LOLed about it in local chat, and 2 seconds later, a GM teleported me to the Lost Telemaster. My Town Tele wasn't even on CD.

    Now, if you have a character too low to have wings and you get stuck perma-falling like that, you're screwed. Might take 3-6 weeks for a GM to come move you. >_>

    I know for a 100% fact that people can and do get permanently banned for doing it. Seen it happen with my own eyes.

    it is bannable and people have been getting 37 years bans...(while FF glitchers got a 1week ban...LOL)

    But most of the time it gets reseolved by either:

    a) you submitting proof that you did not edit .ini files (ex.: character creation vid...one of my faction mates got banned (for alleged .ini change) and he actually had the video (don't ask me why he taped char creation...like...really b:sweat...did help him out though))

    b) you promising that you will get rid of the things that do not belong to your class and editing your toon within a day or something like that...

    my take on this is, I don't bother with this, I like my toons in their "natural" eyes and hair, if I see somebody else do it, well I wish them good luck in not getting spotted.

    Can't say I approve of a nearly life time ban to people that do nothing to damage the game while people who abused a glitch got banned for a week or so...

    they should just make all hair styles available to all characters(not males getting female hair or the other way around of course) cuz i like some of the other hair styles and as ppl have shown its not hard to change the info around for it to be possible. would be nice to put some tb hair on my bm or a beard on a sin.

    They need to just make it legal for us to do this. Plenty of people run around with the changes and its not like its hurting the game with us doing it. I mean is it so wrong for us to look good.

    Why is this such a big issue to the GMs? It's so stupid to give a harsh ban on a harmless edit that's reversible.

    The FC glitch was much more harmful, yet very little was done.

    I have a theory...it may be a form of compensation...since they failed so much at giving a proper punishment in the case of the FF glitch, this may be a way for them to say "see? We do apply the rules and ban people who don't respect the TOS..."

    Kinda like cops aresting minor dealers to cover up the fact that they wouldn't really dare to actually arest the ones who supply said dealers...and get a nice media coverage for it too...b:chuckle
