Psy 100 skill

I need advice if Sandball Clash lvl 100 skill is any good and useful at end game pvp. I am r9 +12 / + 11 and potentially this skill has good damage but quite a long casting time. In comparison with Stone Smasher it doesn't require 2 sparks so it could be a good spaming skill, or combo with sutra pot. Is this skill any useful in end game pvp and worth the cost of 40m+

    it's a squad signet that can only be used on one person at a time (10 second cooldown)

    it can only be used in the main map, but can summon people at any level from anywhere (literally) provided they're in your squad

    it can summon those in stealth and not break their stealth

    it has a short, nice looking animation

    i think it's lame because i was hoping it would be instant, not asking for the person to accept the teleport, and not having them meditate for a few seconds upon accepting

    i was just hoping it would be of better use in pvpb:sad

    oh yeah... you can't use it in battle.

    I see...its a bit of a letdown that one cant teleport an entire party almost instantly or work in Morai/OHT, but it can still be of some use...

    yeah, don't get me wrong, it's a good skill, i bring friends and faction mates to gbq mobs, to 1k, or fc or wherever

    it just isn't what i was hoping for
