welll i was sitting with my female cleric lvl 45 character and my friend in anglers willage and i went to make coffeee in real life and my friend also went afk. and when i came back with my cofffee after ~10 min. i found myself, my friend and somebodys catshop dead. chat wrote that i was killled by the bosss chin. but i was in safe zone so me and my friend didint understoood wtf. so we sittted there again and had a tea party and then chin himself ran into the willlage (which is safe zone btw) and killled everybody around also me and my friend again and we lost around 10%. why chin atttacking willage i dont get it???

    Some idiot dragged the boss to village and as I remember Chin has a nasty AOE so it killed you.

    Somebody lured it into the village and his AoE killed you.

    It's actually bannable to lure bosses into safe zones, but there's nothing you can really do about it if you were afk and don't know who did it.

    Or someone lured Chin using fly mount ?

    As others said, someone was pulling Chin into the village just to be a jerk.

    To clarify - the term "safe zone" applies only to PK protection. Much like if you had a mob aggroed on you (especially a ranged attacker) and ran into safe zone, it could still follow you and attack you.

    but why would anyone go through so many effort and risk just to bring harm to other players?? omg, whoever it was he is really bad. someone very bad is in LC server.

    Some safe zones have a certain ''aggro reset wall'' around them, though. One got added to arch a long time ago due to people luring bosses to kill catshops. They were just too lazy to add them to every safe zone.
