A Serious Comments Thread: for all the Old Schoolers (MODs, C_&GMs And ADMINs) Are All Also! Welcomed to comment on this (Thread & its Video) aswell.... (Because We {Old Schoolers} All Know who We Are...)b:cool

Ok, So I was thumbing through the {Youtube Network - library} and was looking at all of their listed {PWi - Videos}, and came across this! Way old! Gem of a {PWi} Video....b:victory

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PYSONN7_9wA

Now seriously, this video brought back alot of Reminesced (Old School - Feelings) in me, as I watched it through its length....

Even if this was just a simple (Review) from over 3 years ago!! This 1 still brought back Many of the Old Feelings! That I had for this game back from when I started the game back in {2008}
(It was almost like I fell back over 3 years in time into the past..)b:thanks

So my questions for you on this thread (After you watch the Video) is:

What was your feelings (If any) that this video brought back to you, From when you first joined up onto {PWi}?? "Back from the Long Bygone Days of the Past?"

And what part of this (Video and its Review) stood out most to you (As the most memorable parts of the Game) that you remember, from your early days on game??? (In the days of the (Big 3 (Original Races) Times)__b:puzzled

This is a Serious "(Questions & Comments) thread" so please keep the Flaming!,Trolling!! & Q_Q,'ing!!! to a minimum please....

Theres already 'More Then Enough of Those Threads Around! Already!!' So lets Please! Not Make This 1... Another One........~_~'

Thank You!!!b:victory

    The outdoor questing and actually finding many others doing the same, those days are long gone.

    I liked the feeling of endlessness the game offered back then.

    I mean, leveling took ages and level 100 was nothing more than a distant dream for most. You knew there were countless things still left to explore, such as heaven and hell, fb's 99, the highest TT's, etc. It would take ages and lots of effort to get there, but it was always rewarding. Only the very few that were crazy enough to grind to 100 would find themselves with nothing to do (it took a while for OHT and the level 100 cultivation to be released).

    PW has kind of strayed from its original style as well. I mean, just compare the 3 starter towns with the tideborn/earthguard/morai area. It kind of went from the ancient Asian feeling to ''how many special effects can we add to an area before the game engine explodes?''.

    How true, about the Straying....b:surrender

    (My guess was always, that they were trying too attract more people aswell as maintain those of us that were already there on {PWi} by making Special effects and graphics comparable to the newer Gen {MMOs} that had started popping up during that time.)....b:lipcurl

    But Godz!!b:faint __Can you remember how Atrociously Bad the Lagg was down in the TideBournes (Root Town) area was, do to the Massive Amounts of Overpopulation of (Newer Characters) they had down there initially? LOLZzzzz!!!b:chuckle

    Add that! To the (Special Effects) that practically Saturated the {TideBournes Areas} and it was No Wonder! That I Ended Up waiting "For those first 2 weeks or so to pass by; just so I could try and start to try to level either of my Initial {TB} Chari's......" The lag down there drove my Computer Nutz! When they brought it out (I practically had to switch to World Map mode everytime I Flewover the {TBs} Starter Village, For the first week alone!) LOLZZzzz !!! Just to fly from Dreamweaver To the Tides Capital, because it lagged so much, it practically froze My computer...... ROFLMAO!!!!!!.....b:laugh
