how do i get strength level?

I'm level 27 but I noticed that my strength, deffence and a few others stay at 0 why is that and how do I get them up.

Attack Level, Defense Level, Slaying Level and Warding Levels are all high level stuff that you don't need to be concerned with.

The earliest you can get Attack Levels or Defense Levels is level 40, unless you get a Facebook blessing.

The earliest you can get Warding Levels or Slaying Levels is level 95.
