Sometimes the latest drivers can mess up graphics, in which case revert back to the drivers that work well. You might wanna make a post on ATI forums about the issue you're getting with their latest drivers for your video card so they can fix them. Also it's not cuz the previous driver version is old that it means it's not good anymore..

There have been several driver releases in-between. Choose a driver that is only slightly older from the ATI Site, download and install it.

I would have linked you the list of driver releases for your card, but I don't know your OS. It's not hard to get to on the AMD/ATI site though.

    *kick*

I have been googling on "ATI Radeon HD 3650 driver update", and i get alot of results. Too many. b:surrender

Are these driver update's labeled by a number or date? If so, i would like to know the number/date of the update prior to the one that causes graphical issues.

    Running Vista here btw.

If you go to the ATI site you can get a page with all of their driver releases for your card, sorted by the date that they were released and the accompanying version number. It should be pretty easy to figure out from there.

I spent 30 seconds and input your video card, I would link you the page, but I don't know what your OS version is so you'll have to go and to that part yourself. It's pretty easy though, and you should always look for drivers from the manufacturer, not Google.
