Ultimate Game Card not working

Ok, I've done this ultimate game card lots of time before in the past but for some reason its not working. I've waited for the Australian dollar to go up and still can't put in the 2k zen and apparently I still need to pay another 81cents, even when I use the points I still need to pay more money.

If anyone is having these problems and knows what to do it would be a big help cause I'm really wanting my gold and getting pissed off about it b:thanks

    You should probably post this in the proper forum.

    Alternatively, you could open a ticket, or call the 800-number. Personally, it probably has something to do with exchange rates and you will either have to wait until they get better, or fork over more cash.

    This, UGC is dependant on the exchange rates between your currency and the US currency. So the more your dollar is worth vs the US dollar, the more ZEN you'll get with 1 UGC card. Also they're charging an extra for the convertion to US dollars.
