Chelestine - Heavens Tear

I was wondering how well the ☆☆Arcanic Muse set from Morai (lvl 101) does in comparison to say, TT99 or nirvana/rep gear? I was hoping to use that and the ☆☆Enchanted Edge: Sky magic sword at average refines (+5 for set and +7 for weapon maybe) with immaculates to exclusive shards. It would be a cheaper alternative to the rep/nirvana, and I'm not too fond of full TT99.

So my question is really; how "good" is it compared to the other options out there? Mixed with some TT99 (wrist) and phy/channeling orns depending on situation. Keeping in mind that this is for a non-main veno that would do bh100 and nirvana (caster/regular) only, no TW and no PVP. I'm really just interested in the survivability, damage output etc.
