    Like with any other set of smileys they will eventually be released to us as regular smiley items.

    I don't know how those specific set of smileys are gotten, I can't find them in the database.

    Like every other smiley, they get cycled out because the client can only support so many.
    Smileys often get rewritten over by newer smileys, hence why there are icons for smileys in the database that pwi has never had before.
    For example, there is the green monkey and colt smileys. They, at one point in pw's history before pwi had existed, were actual smileys. Mind you the green monkey icon that is used for the brown monkey smiley was actually an icon for a monkey set that was green and that actually resembled the icon, not the current monkey smileys.
    I do not know if the other loudspeaker smileys ever had icons to go with them, or if they were ever released.

    Pretty much, if the smileys are gone, you probably won't ever see them again.
