Here's a few things I think would be a benefit to add/change to PWI.

Faction Shout

We have the chat block that right now is only being used by horns. How about utliizing it to allow faction officers to send out faction "shouts" so that they can get faction member's attention even if they have fac chat turned off. It would only be visible by members of the faction that used it.

Friendlist chat

Create a chat channel, similar to faction, squad, etc.. that works among those in your friend list.

Change the color of whispers to/from those not in your fl

Am I the only one who has a problem reading the dark blue text?

"mentor" quest

I was tinkering on another game, and they had a mentor system setup where beginning players could petition to have a higher level player assist them in a daily quest. Both parties got exp from completing this.

One of the big changes I've noticed since starting this game, is the lack of cross level participation. World chat used to be filled with people offering to help on lower player's fb's. The new player got their cultivation advanced, and the higher level got exp and rep. I think if there was a daily quest made available, where higher level players got say the same reward setup as 100+ BHI if they completed this quest with someone under lvl 30, or 40. There could be tiers setup where the reward potential was based on how great the level difference between the two parties completing the quest was.

Maybe something similar to how the missive quest goes now, each player get an item in their inventory once a day that allows them to form a squad of 2 to start/complete the quest.

I feel this could help us all, since a lot of new players leave because there's no help to be found in the beginning levels anymore, and those that do stay wind up not knowing as much about the mechanics of the game because they've never been taught properly.

Anyway, just thought I'd throw those out there, see what others felt about them.
