    It's says to force them to attack you for 6 seconds.... Is it not logical to believe that it would be thought as an anti-stealth skill considering you would knock yourself out of stealth when attacking someone??

    Not really, it makes it sound like they won't be able to attack anyone but you. Kinda like aggro where you draw the mobs attention. It attacks you instead of targeting someone else for a brief period. Which is exactly what it does. Remember the earthguard classes got skills that are specifically anti-stealth and say so.
