That's the standard bug report message. It appears when the client recognized that it has crashed. It's not normal for that to happen until after you have actually loaded the client. From what you are describing, it is happening right after you click start, and before the actual client loads.

Unfortunately, (as SylenThunder always says), you didn't provide any information about your computer and software to allow anyone to actually help you.

When I say I need more info, I don't just mean some basic hardware specs. Sure that tells me what you're running on, but beyond that all I can do right now is throw a hundred various solutions at you that you probably already found by searching before you posted.

Based on what you've given us so far, here's a short list right off the top of my head......
    Your client files are corrupt
Your hard disk has an error
You need to defrag your hard drive
    Your video drivers are corrupt
    You have corrupt system files
Your video driver needs to be updated
Your audio driver needs to be updated
You need to run the client with administrator rights
Your antivirus is getting in the way
You don't have an administrator account and are just on a standard user or restricted account
You have too much adware/spyware on your computer
You have too many toolbars installed in your browser
You have too many processes running in the background
Your daughter stuck her peanut butter sandwich into your USB port
And the list goes on and on and on and on.
And that's just the basic ****.

I'll need a dxdiag log file (complete, and post using the CODE tag so it doesn't take up 5 pages of the screen. you will have to edit out the copyright and trademark logos before posting or the stupid forum will kill the data), and a published Speccy log file. (Publish it, and then post the link, pasting it in here or uploading the text file gives me a major headache trying to read it, learned this recently the hard way.)
With that info, I can see what's really going on inside your computer and actually narrow down the solution quite a bit.
