i start to play before some hours and i open blademaster now i lvl 13 i want up the lvl of skill stream strike and it dont let me up it but i have 1000 spirit and coin for it some 1 cen tall me what the problem and what is "chi" and how i get it (sorry about my english)

skills as well a requiring spirit also require coin and some also require you to do a culti quest (culti quests show as gold in the quest log) to learn them

Chi is required to use some skills out is a bar under your name in top left of your screen to gain chi all up need do is kill mobs or use a buff and you will gain some chi

MrKnuckuls - Sanctuary

Cultivation- its a chain quest you will receive every 10 levels or so. You wont have to find it at an NPC, it should simply show up in your quest log (will be a gold text quest). At the end of the quest you usually get a lump sum spirit to buy the new skills that completing the cultivation activates ( ie,most skills require a certain level of cultivation to be completed before they can be bought.)

Chi/sparks- If i remember correctly you will get a chi bar at level 19, which will allow you to use skills that require chi. at later levels, you will receive sparks. You will get a total of 3 sparks total before endgame. 1 spark= 1 full chi bar. later skills that you get will require one or more sparks to be used. Once you have a chi bar, you acquire chi by hitting mobs/players or by using certain skills that increase chi.

Sakubatou - Sanctuary

You get a new level of Stream Strike everyone 5 levels. You learn level 1 at 9, level 2 at 14, level 3 at 19... So if you are level 13 you are still a level away from getting Stream Strike 2.
