Invisible Blocks Icon

I've never messed around with photoshop and i've seen guides on how to make invisible blocks on faction icons but I just get confused, does anybody have any spare time that could do me a favour and make all the white blocks outside the hair invisible please?

    <.< Not to poke fun at the GM, but you are aware that she can't use png's, correct? =) Most image hosting sites convert .bmps to .png for some reason, and the faction icon must be a .bmp to be submitted.

    I'll have to have a go at it then, and it'll be put on a file hosting site rather than an image hosting one.
