Questions about Exclusive Garnets

im not very experienced when it comes to morai quest/world.... im thinking about getting some exclusive garnets... but i really dont know how to go about doing that... i hear you need to be in shroud (or its atleast it is the best for getting them)...

so my questionsn are....

-where do i get them(order/NPC)
-how many can i get
-how long/requirements needed to get them
-how much coin do they cost

also on a side note are the morai daggers any good and how much better are they than r8 daggs for pve... and what order do i need to be in to get them... thanks a bunch

Garnet Shards are a quest reward from Shroud.
You can get as many as you want as long as you have
Level 100+ with cultivation done
the minimum prestige to unlock the quest (2500)
the minimum influence to purchase them (90 each).
I don't believe there is a coin cost.

The g15 Moria daggaers are better then r8 daggers, however the best since you're an easymode aps class is to get 5.0 aps (with nirvana or w/e)

I believe its Corona for the Weapon and Luminance for the Armor?

Nenor - Dreamweaver

The Moria shroud garnets are approx. 1.5 mill coin each. A couple stat pts more than the perfect, and half the price.

The Lumi cits are a couple stat pts more than the perfects, but are over 3 mill coin each.
