PVP Rankings not accurate.

Ok so this clown who keeps killing me (Lost City Server) keeps bragging that his wizard is on the PVP rankings, with 8.2k+ kills. "The owner" of this wizard does rpk a lot, mostly lobies near SP or 8x-9x doing frost (he is 101). "The owner" of the wizard claims that only kills within a 10 level range qualify on the rankings.

Let me just assure you all, u can be 105 and kill a level 30 and it would still count on the rankings. The only rule is that u can kill a person 3 times and it will count, the fourth time it wont count. If u kill someone and he kills u after then no change will be made to the pvp rankings as they cancel each other out.

Another interesting thing is the kill/death ratio. Its as simple as kill/death = ratio.
So as an example if "someone" has a kill/death ratio of 0.7, we turn it into a fraction which is 7/10. So it means for every 7 kills he got, he died 10 times, so he lost almost 60% of the time. LMFAO, just made me laugh and I felt like sharing.
