Glacial Walker vs Crystalline Magmite

I looked at http://www.ecatomb.net/petstat.php and it shows that a crystalline magmite has slightly higher HP, attack and phy defense than the glacial walker.

However, I leveled both to level 52 and when i compared the two, the glacial walker seemed to have the higher HP by quite a bit, the magamite has higher phy def by just a little, and their attack is identical. It makes me wonder if ecatomb has estimated incorrectly.

Has anyone compared the two at level 100 to confirm the estimates that ecatomb.com shows? If what I discovered it correct, then the glacial walker seems to be the way to go, especially since you dont have to teach it roar (it comes with it already) and it has a heck of alot more mag defense.

    I think you're reading that chart wrong. The glacial walker has 3553 HP at level 100. The crystalline magmite only has 3259. The walker's physical defense and attack stats are almost identical to the magmite. And to top it off, the walker has quite a bit more magic defense than the magmite.

    It's been questioned time and time again, and the answer is always going to be the same. The glacial walker is better. Magmites are obsolete.

    ah yes i did read it wrong. thanks. I'm hoping to solo blackhole with my glacial walker one day.

    Both are a waste of time, and resources. Herc, Nix, Bone Dragon, and Cactopod from Eden is all that's useful outside of water.

    Not gonna happen, unless you load up the walker with legendary buffs. I can only squeeze in an attack during its mag channeling with a herc tanking.

    You can, however, solo Blackhole with an eldergoth or cactopod range tanking. (Adding Protect to the range tank will make the task easier, but isn't strictly necessary.)
