How to get wings/flying item?

Soo...I am currently level 23 and my flying kite thing from the level 15 supply box expired. I find it very difficult to navigate now without some sort of device that allows me to fly. Is there anywhere I can buy another one in-game that's reasonably priced or do I have to buy on in the boutique or just somehow wait until level 30 to get the perm. item? b:surrender
