videos on runs for 3rd cast nv/r9

ok i kinda wanna start farming this stuff and i know ppl r running left and right but not on my server. i was wondering if someone could make a video for either luner or warsong. i havent seen a full run done in either of these caves since i started so i have no idea how its done. i like researching things abit in advanced so i know what im doing. any help will be appriciated

    just go to youtube and look for video's of people running full WS
