Weird Genie Glitched, Happened Multiple Times

I've made several characters and level them up, a couple of them (two or three) I used exp infuse on my genie to level it faster, anyways, I clicked infuse and my genies exp stuck itself at 1 point to level up. No matter how many quests I turn in for exp, exp items I consume, monsters I kill for exp, and how many times I try to infuse exp, it fails and the genie does not level up... I'm going attempt to contact a GM in-game. o:

    Your genie can't be a higher level than you, so if it's at your level then that's why it's not leveling up.

    I am having an issue with my genie. I am level 105 x 3. My genie is lvl 103 and is maxed, but I can't get it to click over to 104 no matter what I try. I have unequiped and re equiped it multiple times. I have tried to lvl up using exp. cubes as well as spirit. I have put it in trade status and protected status and nothing I do will work. Any advice??? Thanks in advanced.

    I saw someone with a similar issue to yours. The solution for them was to hold the infuse button for a few seconds and then click confirm. See if that works for you.

    Thank you for the suggestion, however I have tried this multiple times. I have taken every suggestion people have given me on Etherblade server, however, nothing is working. I know people that have had the same issue and some have taken 3-4 days with just retrying different options and eventually the genie has leveled up, however, this has not been the case for me. I have been trying for 2 weeks now to get it resolved. Sigh.. so frustrating. Thanks for your suggestion though.
