Hey PW, just by chance you MIGHT read the forums to be interested in what your customers have to say:
You may want to choose a different payment system than the one you currently have with Moneybookers/Skrill. It seems that A LOT of people are having issues charging zen from their debit/credit cards, including me. Skrill is suspending people's accounts for identification verification purposes and the way they want to verify your identity is a BIG inconvenience. They want people to send in their personal ID or a utility bill via email or snail mail. Not everyone has access to a scanner/copier and not everyone wants to wait a month or more to be able to use their debit/credit cards. This to me is not excellent nor even good service considering other companies just send an email verification to people's email accounts to verify they are who they say they are, fast and easy. This is inconvenient and ridiculous.

*coughpicksomethingelsethencough* b:sweat PWE does not run skrill/moneybookers and if those are giving you problems, PWE can't really do anything to improve it because it's not their company. The only thing they could do is REMOVE skrill/moneybookers from their list and then you wouldn't be able to use them at all.
Also, now I've got to go hunting for the post Frankie made about the item send features (I remember it mentioning zen too) being down a little while ago.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Hey Bravenwolf; I brought up your issue with one of our billing specialists, and here was her response:
"While they have one of the strictest verification policies I've seen, once Skrill/Moneybookers verifies your account, they do a very good job at keeping an eye on it and stopping any fishy looking transactions. They really are trying to make sure that you, and only you, use your card for online payments. Other verification processes are quicker, but quicker doesn't always mean better. They also tend to respond a bit more quickly than other payment processors do to customer inquiries and/or problems."
So although using them may be a hassle, at least there has been evidence supporting that they seem to have your best interests in mind. And as Jeremied noted, you can also try using one of the other payment processors.0 -

Thanks for taking the time to look into that for me. And it's true that you're account is secure once you get verified, but it's still a pain in the butt till you get to that point. b:chuckle I will be using one of the other payment options of course but I wanted to bring this to PW's attention since it is an inconvenience to a lot of players.0
