Into the Fray - Accidental Trash - Please help

Hi

So, I did the advanced enless universe and got 2 of the essences.

When in 1k again, I handed in the 2 parts of the quest where I got the essences.

Later, when I wanted to trash a silly low exp quest to make space in my limited quest list, I accidentely trashed the remainder of the quests called Into the Fray.

Can I do it again?
Where do I pick it up?
is it repeatable?
