Aps nurfed or damage nurfed?

i couldn't find anything in forums saying about the APS nurfed or damage, so here am i asking.

is Aps nurfed? Cuz its not just me but many friends feel that 4 aps looks like 2.86/3.33 and 5.0 looks like 4.0, When we press C is everything normal But if we look at the speed between our atacks its weird.

    2.86 looks awful slow on my Barb too.

    TBH, I don't think 5.0 is really 4.0. however, I think they DID reduce APS. 4.0 no longer permasparks on my Sin, who is 4.0 base. 4.0 is more like 3.86 now. 5.0 is more like 4.5.

    But, that's just how I see it.

    I never really thought there was a difference between 4-5 or even 3.33-5 graphics and speed wise I always thought once you go past a point it just means it delays more aka the damage ticks up on your screen for longer after you stopped.

    Lol and BH metal is harder, and he turns you into frogs, and BH SoT boss hits 30k per shot, and aps is still best on new bosses, and Lunar is free now.- Can we stop with the BS already?

    They reduced the accuracy of people who are 4.0 or higher, a long time ago honestly.

    APS on a barb too... Especially with this update... It's time to stop using fists / claws on barbs and archers now unless you want to cause squad wipes.

    astarelle tested it, its there, just not very noticeable, especially for those with a lot of dex or who use +50 acc rings

    Also, since aps is primarily used in pve, the accruacy nerf doesn't matter one bit. All you have to do is hit a mob with a physical defense debuff (any kind, doesn't matter) and all of a sudden the mob has 0 evasion until it dies. So yeah. Fat lot of good that did. b:sweat

    No, it's still 3mil per run, with one essence of defense dropping per path (all 3 final bosses in each pass have a 100% chance to drop one). Also, no weapon molds drop (at least in the one run i tested).

    Ya I noticed it to. Can't be the accuracy as I hardly miss. I notice taken 1 more spark to kill bosses that should take 2 to kill. Friend claimed to of lost agro other day to wizard. I not complain about it. Barbs are hard find. If people complain enough to devs an we get nurfed
    anymore then casters will **** because sins can't hold agro an die more. I'm just lettings cards play out. Casters gettings faster an aps is slowing done

    I think they just fixed bugged APS melee as it should be done in previous patches.
    One more step to balance of classes.

    Well since i reach a way to get 5 aps using r9 daggers i tested 5 aps many times before the New content, it was really looking 5 aps, but now 5 aps looks like 4 aps for me, maybe is just how it looks.

    if anyone know anything or any thread about it let me know here plox.

    Well i didn't notice the damage reduce,but the speed per atack for sure
    i'm still killing fast enought to notice the damage.

    yes once your aps is above 4.0 your damage is nerfed 5% and your accuracy is dropped 20%. You will miss 1/5 times guaranteed as a Null damage. (not a miss or anything just like a DoT damage doesn't show in log.)

    Hm nice, But what about less atack per second after this new content, do you know anything about it ?

    When we press C it still is the same but if you look at your character speed it looks lower than it was >< i'm not paranoic

    I was gonna say my sin deals less dph than before, which might be true but I noticed warsong dinos on metal path to snake bless themselves with dmg reduction, which could account for my lack of dph. And as it was that BH I noticed the lack of DPH, would account for it. I noticed lunar solo mode had it`s bosses hp increased from 500k to 700k+, took me a spark longer to kill em.

    I've noticed that my BM 5.0 is still regaining chi at the same rate, but when I spark, it does seem a little bit slower.... I don't think it's enough of a difference to make a huge difference in farming or anything but meh..... it's whatever :3

    I also noticed speed reduction in animation, but not in actual APS.
    I also noticed the animation, while slower, seems smoother (whereas it used to be a bit choppy before). Maybe they had small upgrade to their graphic engine or something.

    I'm no math expert at all, but wouldn't having 1 in 5 attacks nullified result in 20% less dps for a 5.0 user? And then since you lose 5% on top, you'd actually hit less at 5.0 than if you were simply 4.0?

    Not sure I believe that. I have a sage 4.0 bm and a demon 5.0 bm (shared gear) and the difference is very much noticeable. My demon shreds things but my sage takes rather longer to burn down a mobs hp.

    Not sure for others, but I have noticed on my sin as well. I believe it is the nerf mentioned before about the 1/5 missing. They basically negate that attack all together. So essentially you are correct. And this explains the 20% drop in damage. Hope this helps.

    Noticed this too during CoA this week. I think they just capped the max animation speed a bit lower. Pretty sure it's just a gfx thing and actual DPS has been uneffected.
