Auction house error

Dear,

I have tried to submit a ticket but it won't let me enter the page.
Tried from different locations(work, office, home, friends) with different pc's

my issue : on the 23-05-2012 I have withdrawn a bid for gold.
however the amount that was supposed to be withdrawn (minus fee ofcourse) didnt appear back.
I have waited a day
I have the screenshots on request.
Please rectify this small issue.
