First build I thought it better because it has more -chan but 2nd build has more MP omg idk b:cry

    I'd go with the second one.

    Channeling isn't a priority for Psychics. They're fast as it is.

    Well Dots can compliment certain playstyles so those would be a good choice for your weapon, and i think you should go with uber channel build such as this http://pwcalc.com/33f36ea77f6a839f and you have loads of defense because of all the Vit stones :D
