    now my questions, why would u give arcane gear dex stats...

    Nirvana 2nd recast pants has -3% chan, while 3rd recast doesn't keep that bonus.

    And u need dex for plume shot. Everyone knows that b:avoid

    Most arcane don't need dex - It does help with ur evasion and it helps with venos actually hitting things in fox form
