ZEN purchase refunded by PWE.

I paid through Paypal and got refunded shortly afterwards with the following note:

"Suspicious transaction. refund."

I am in unsupported region but registered the account before the region became unsupported , meaning I should still be able to use my account.

It must be noted that the name I used to register this account with is incorrent, but I can't change it through edit forms.

I can provide transaction id to pwe representative if needed.

Need help.
