Cant Launch Game After Patch 639

OK, when game version still 632 i can play without problem, but now, after i pacth game manually i have some problem...

When i click start, error message appear, says "missing Immwrapper.dll, BLAH BLAH BLAH...." after it i downloaded dll file immwrapper.dll and put it on C:\WINDOWS\system32 and in game folder ..\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element

and i reopen the launcher... and then new problem found... says "Missing IFC22.dll blah blah blah..." and i downloaded it too and put in same folder....

ok, i reopen launcher again, and klik start... some ERROR message appear again...
"The Procedure entry point ?stop@AMImmEffect@@QAE_NXZ could not be located in the dynamic link library immWrapper.dll

i have no idea now... pls GM, HELP ME..!!!

re-install the DirectX updater. If you are on Vista or newer, run as administrator.

If you continue to have corrupt system files, you need to scan your hard drive for errors.
