    That instance isn't to easy or to difficult right now for the average geared person.
    But knowing PWE it will require +10 gear and 5 aps after this update.

    For both of these instances because I wouldn't be to surprised if this update broke the bh100 quests for them.

    They said, I think in the link but I'm too lazy to double check, that you can kill the normal mode bosses in Warsong then have the option after the boss is dead to try the advanced new version of the boss.
