tryed to use skrill to charge zen, have used MMMMMaaaannnnyyy times in the past , however today it tells me that because of some regulation issue it cant accept charges from Illinois?!


so any mod/Gm have any idea whats up with this?

    Skrill isn't licensed to operate in Illinois.

    wonder what happend?...i have used that method many times before without any issues. soemone must have been checking "i" and "t" 's and found one undotted or uncrossed.
