new graphix problum

i dont seem to fin any thing on this

i stopped playing for arround 6 months

still on the same pc

my problum is when i go past the log in screen i get the names and lvl's but no avatars but it lets me log in to the game.

when in the game i have no lag or ping issues but no avatars appear but only there names and the same with my char

any 1 have any ideas and yes i have the latest graphix update for this mechene

i had to update due to a different game i play
