Fist BM = PvE???

is it true that Fist Bm's are only for PvE??? do we really suck at PvP and TW??? if so then kindly explain and if not please elaborate in full details regarding weapon/equipment choices and skill combos.

    dont go pure fist, go 3 str 2 dex to use all weapons

    The skill tree doesn't matter to me in pvp. When i do pvp i just spam the alter marrows, diamond sutra, and my strongest lvl 49 skill. DO NOT EVER USE STUNS AGAINST SIN OR PHY IT WILL REFLECT BACK AT YOU!

    Using this strad,about say 85% of the time, always beat a sin with 75% or even FULL health, and i have a weak bm(accidentally put 20 mag into it).

    Fists can be useful in certain situations in PvP/TW, but most of your actual damage dealing generally comes from axes.

    well fists bms only strong point is in pve because of their aps when you look at a fist bm in a pvp stand point they dotn suck persay but they are the weakest weapons for a bm to use imo you give up all of you dph in order to use fists also the fist skill tree isnt the bset suited for pvp play when you look at axes (stun Lock) or Sword (Attack weakening) or pole blade (def weakening) but you have to remember that you want to kill them faster then their charm can tick and in my opnion that just dosent happen as well with fists.

    You need axes :p, I mainly use axes for pvp but whip out am claws for fighting barbs

    As stated above, any one weapon... sucks. Fist/axe path is rough on some players in PvP because there is almost no room for vitality in the build, so they may have lower hp/defenses. Also, if you are gearing yourself for aps and dding you don't gear yourself for defenses. The typical PvP/TW build is R9 with event ornies, the typical aps build is 4 pieces TT99 which obviously has less defense.

    For PvP most BMs use axes and rely on getting multiple huge crits (or crit zerks) to bypass a persons charms, also known as burst damage. The dps on axes on average is lower than fist attacking but you are just looking for a lucky 10 seconds of huge hits to the kill the opponent while surviving until it happens.

    Most BMs only use fists for chi building and damage mediating (getting them near 60% hp before trying to bypass the charm).

    Have you ever done TW with a bm? Have you been to a tw with bm in squad? It seems like someone said something to you and you came here to find out in the troll den.

    It all depends on your playing style, skills, role in tw. I use fists on squishy to kill them in a few shot if they are alone. If there is someone i know i can't kill, i use fists to tick their charm, it makes most people fall back when they see the charm tick suddenly. Otherwise axes.
