I really hate to read about, and see, the fall of one of the oldest cities in Panem. It saddens me that the Capitol is suffering hard times, much as district 12 has been suffering. Take heart, you dwellers of the "Tribe of Capitol", it's a phase that must be traversed, as all large distrcits do, and you and we, have done it before. I would not be surprised AT ALL to see Lthe Capitol back, larger more menacing and feistier than ever, soon. District 12 is living proof that you CAN come back from structural and internal adversity!

However, it is with much respect that I offer this to the remaining 'core' of the Capitol and/or any newer Capitol people who wish to become part of a large, active, district, district 12 would be very willing and able to negotiate with you a plan of entry and to welcome you into our faction home. District 12 knows, and understands what you are feeling and going through at this crucial time.

Not only that, but District 12 welcomes any gamers who are active and wish to join a faction that strives for things such as member and faction growth, has a vision of both of those things happening concurrently, believes in fairness, strives to provide fun activities, possesses a desire to listen to members and encourages them to express their opinions, appreciates dissenting viewpoints, when given at opportune times and in good will and a faction that has an appreciation for players who enjoy gaming. We DO love having a goal of fighting/winning hunger games and having fierce opponents and all the hoopla that goes with it, but what we'd like to see is balance on the server so we can maintain that goal.

It is of my opinion that we do need to try and keep, at the very least, 3 hunger game districts alive on the server. There may be something that district 12 could help with, on that matter, if we know that you would accept our outreach or if you reach out to us.
